Job Title: Signavio Developer

Location: Remote

We are seeking an experienced Signavio Developer with expertise in process modeling and business process management to join our IT Process Transformation team. The ideal candidate will lead the documentation and design of IT processes in a dynamic environment, driving the organization's transition to a process-led operational model. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement capabilities, and proficiency in industry-standard process modeling tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Current State Documentation
  • Engage with process owners, managers, IT operational teams, and stakeholders to map and document existing IT processes including asset lifecycle, incident management, change management, and request fulfillment
  • Utilize industry-standard BPMN notation to create comprehensive process documentation
  • Identify undocumented or informal processes through structured interviews, facilitated workshops, and stakeholder Q&A sessions
  • Capture and analyze process pain points, inefficiencies, and gaps in consistency or control mechanisms
  • Document process variations and dependencies across different organizational units
Future State Design
  • Collaborate with process owners, managers, and the Process Governance function to design streamlined, standardized future-state processes
  • Align process designs with ITIL 4 best practices and industry standards
  • Propose actionable process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and enable automation opportunities
  • Develop clear, scalable process models and workflows that integrate seamlessly within the established process architecture
  • Create comprehensive documentation that supports process implementation and knowledge transfer
Process Architecture & Standards
  • Ensure all process models conform to organizational process architecture standards
  • Maintain consistency in process modeling approaches and documentation formats
  • Develop reusable process components and templates to accelerate future modeling efforts
  • Support the establishment of process governance frameworks and quality standards
Required Qualifications
Experience & Background
  • 5+ years of experience in process modeling and business process management
  • Proven track record documenting and designing IT processes in environments with limited formal process documentation
  • Preferred: Experience in ITSM Transformation projects and organizational change initiatives
Technical Skills
  • ITSM Frameworks: Proficiency with ITIL 4 framework and principles
  • ITSM Tools: Experience with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar ITSM platforms
  • Process Modeling Tools: Advanced proficiency in Signavio (primary requirement), Microsoft Visio, ARIS, or equivalent tools
  • Notation Standards: Expert knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and other industry-standard modeling notations
  • Automation Knowledge: Familiarity with ITSM platform automation capabilities and opportunities

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable, data-driven improvements
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to facilitate workshops and present to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications
  • ITIL 4 Foundation or higher certification
  • Experience with process automation and digital transformation initiatives
  • Background in IT operations or service delivery environments
  • Knowledge of lean process improvement methodologies
  • Experience with change management principles and practices
