Job Title: ETL/Snowflake Developer Support, Maintenance & SRE Engineering
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ETL/Snowflake Developer to join our team in a support and maintenance role with a focus on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). This position is critical to maintaining the performance, reliability, and security of our data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide production support and maintenance for ETL processes and Snowflake data warehouse.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Optimize Snowflake performance and query execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data workflows and system reliability.
  • Develop and maintain SQL scripts and Python-based automation for ETL processes.
  • Contribute to SRE practices to improve system stability and scalability.
  • Document operational processes and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • ETL Development & Support: Proven experience in building and maintaining ETL pipelines.
  • Snowflake Expertise: Deep understanding of Snowflake architecture, performance tuning, and administration.
  • SQL & Database Management: Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
  • Python Programming: Ability to automate and streamline data workflows using Python.
  • SRE & Monitoring: Familiarity with monitoring tools, logging, and incident response in data environments.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills for resolving complex data issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in hybrid cloud/on-premise data environments.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices in data engineering.
  • Understanding of data governance and security best practices.
