Description

ServiceNow Operations is responsible for the ongoing health, performance and optimization of the ServiceNow Platform, including managing operational issues, implementing enhancements, supporting upgrades and ensuring platform best practices. This role will be responsible for collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the ServiceNow Platform meets business requirements and maintain high availability and performance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Manage ServiceNow Incident and Request queue to resolve operational issues, defect ad service degradations in timely and efficient manner. Implement and maintain integrations with other Enterprise systems using MID Servers, REST and SOAP API Conduct and participate in routine maintenance activities like Platform upgrades, patching and cloning activities while ensuring minimum disruption to users. Ensure Compliance with security standards, access controls and Audit requirements Collaborate with the ServiceNow Platform Team (including ServiceNow Architect, BSAs and Development team) to ensure code quality, performance and maintainability. Partner with the business on exploring new opportunities to automate the operations processes. Maintain Platform documentation, including architecture diagrams, SOPs and Knowledge Base Articles Adhere to Agile Methodology and ServiceNow Best Practices Number of Years' Experience Preferred: 5 to 7 years of ServiceNow Admin experience

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
