Job Details

We're working with a fast-growing retail company based in Philadelphia, PA, seeking a full-time VOIP Support Technician to join their team. This company delivers advanced cloud-based voice and unified communications solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience supporting VOIP systems (SIP, RTP, PBX)
Strong troubleshooting skills with routers, switches, and firewalls
Experience with tools like Wireshark, Asterisk, or FreePBX
Familiarity with TCP/IP networking and QoS principles
Excellent communication and customer support skills
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with hosted or cloud-based VOIP solutions (e.g., RingCentral, 8x8, Teams Voice)
Understanding of Linux and Windows Server environments
Knowledge of call routing, trunking, and number provisioning
Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar
