Job Description:
  • The Business Planning Specialist plays a critical role in supporting business performance through effective budget management, financial planning, and reporting.
  • This role focuses on partner marketing budget tracking, strategic analysis, funding management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely communication.
Responsibilities:
  • Track and report partner marketing budgets with full ownership of end-to-end reporting and analysis processes.
  • Provide strategic analysis and insights on optimal partner marketing spend strategy and execution.
  • Manage global marketing funds, including ownership of funding allocation across programs and business divisions.
  • Communicate funding allocations and budget movements clearly and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless financial processes.
  • Coordinate month-end and quarter-end close reporting and reconciliation activities.
  • Prepare and deliver quarter-end reports for various stakeholders with accuracy and completeness.
Experience:
  • Extensive experience in finance disciplines with a focus on planning, operations, data analytics, and reporting.
  • Prior ownership of budgets with strong experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Proven ability to drive consensus and manage change.
  • Detail-oriented approach to data analysis.
  • Progressive experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, or planning roles.
Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in finance, accounting, or a technical field.
