Position Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Generative AI (GenAI) Developer with deep expertise in Python development to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large language models (LLMs), machine learning, and enterprise-grade Python solutions. This role requires hands-on experience in integrating GenAI technologies with robust, production-ready Python systems
Responsibilities
- Design and develop GenAI applications leveraging LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, Llama, etc.).
- Build and maintain Python-based APIs, microservices, and pipelines for GenAI integration.
- Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for domain-specific use cases.
- Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance.
- Work with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) to enable RAG-based solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, business) to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.
- Deploy and monitor GenAI models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Apply MLOps best practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow) for model lifecycle management.
- Conduct research on emerging Python libraries and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Python development experience with strong expertise in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Proven experience in machine learning / deep learning with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, LlamaIndex).
- Hands-on experience in API development (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
- Proficiency in working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and vector databases.
- Experience with cloud AI services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure OpenAI, Google Cloud Platform Vertex AI).
- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and testing skills in Python.
- Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL, and orchestration (Airflow, Prefect, Luigi) is a plus.
