Job Title: Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant Central Finance / S4 HANA

Client: CapGemini
Location: New Brunswick, NJ (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week)

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and motivated SAP FI/CO Consultants with strong expertise in Central Finance (CFIN) and S/4 HANA Finance for a long-term engagement with Capgemini
The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge of SAP Finance & Controlling, strong analytical and leadership capabilities, and the ability to work in a collaborative hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FI/CO and Central Finance (CFIN) solutions within S/4 HANA.

  • Analyze complex business processes and provide best-practice SAP solutions aligned to finance and controlling requirements.

  • Manage and guide junior consultants, ensuring solution integrity and delivery quality.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to define functional requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.

  • Support data mapping, replication, and reconciliation processes between source systems and Central Finance.

  • Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and issue resolution.

  • Collaborate with global teams on integration points across modules (MM, SD, PP, CO-PA, etc.).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10 + years of experience in SAP FI/CO with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations in S/4 HANA Finance / Central Finance.

  • Proven experience with Central Finance (CFIN) configuration, replication, AIF monitoring, and SLT integration.

  • Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling (CO-CCA, CO-PCA, COPA).

  • Excellent understanding of Financial Closing Cockpit, Profit Center Accounting, and Reporting Tools (Fiori / Analytical Apps).

  • Demonstrated analytical, leadership, and client-facing skills with ability to lead workshops and presentations.

  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or equivalent.
