We are looking for an experienced SCADA Cyber Security Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of robust security measures for industrial control systems and operational technology environments. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and resilience of our energy campuses, which integrate advanced technologies such as grid interconnects, solar energy systems, and large-scale energy storage. If you are passionate about cybersecurity and ready to contribute to groundbreaking energy solutions, we invite you to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical lead for cybersecurity initiatives across industrial control systems and energy facilities.
Develop and enforce security architectures and standards tailored to operational technology environments.
Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and gap analyses to identify vulnerabilities and implement control measures.
Mentor less experienced team members and provide expertise on best practices for industrial cybersecurity.
Design and oversee the implementation of network segmentation and Zero Trust Architecture principles for OT protocols.
Lead incident response efforts for cybersecurity events affecting operational technology systems.
Manage vulnerability assessments and patch management programs to minimize system downtime.
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as NIST 800-82, ISA 62443, and NERC standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed secure-by-design principles in system development.
Maintain detailed documentation of network architectures, asset inventories, and risk registers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in operational technology or SCADA cybersecurity roles.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and standards for industrial control systems.
Proficiency with cybersecurity tools such as Kali Linux, Dragos, and Clarity.
Expertise in network security fundamentals, including segmentation, firewall configurations, and secure remote access.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, or ISA/IEC 62443.
Availability to travel up to 25% to energy campus locations.
Thorough understanding of industrial protocols like Modbus, TCP/IP, DNP3, and Rockwell systems.
