Job Title: ServiceNow Full Stack Developer
Work Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 6 months contract with possible 3 months CTH

Single round interview

Background check MANDATORY

Note 01- Skype interview is mandatory please provide the candidates skype ID, VIDEO INTERVIEW IS MANDATORY.

Note 02- Due to additional on boarding requirements, a meet and greet is required for all new hires.

Candidates must be willing to go to the closest CapGemini, Client, or offsite location as indicated by project team to meet with a CapGemini team member prior to starting their assignment.

If the candidate is not local, travel will be required at the expense of the CapGemini project team. If travel is involved, will send travel policy document for the candidate to adhere to.

Primary:

  • Execute Scoping of the project, Assess, Requirement, Data Gathering (converting Business Requirements to Functional Requirements), Implementing them in ServiceNow, Deployment, Production Hyper Care.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with the business users/customers.
  • Experience in Project Documentations (Scoping of the Project, Requirements Session, Design Documents).
  • This professional should also have ServiceNow & ITIL Certifications

Job Description:

  • Demonstrated expertise in at least two SNOW modules (e.g. ITSM, CSM, SecOps etc.)
  • Expertise in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, sophisticated UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts to meet needs
  • Experience with JavaScript/GLIDE and HTML5
  • Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Requirements gathering Troubleshoot technical issues through all phases of SDLC Resolve complex IT issues.

  • Performs System and integration testing with sample/live data with Support Services team
  • Experience with ServiceNow System Administration;
  • Experience as a System Administrator of a service management application, preferably ServiceNow
