Description: Salesforce Cloud Tester
Position Type: Contract
Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid)
Salesforce/CRM Tester
As a Salesforce/CRM Tester, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and stability of Salesforce applications. Your expertise in testing methodologies, collaboration with stakeholders, and proficiency in Azure DevOps will contribute to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Test Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to identify defects, errors, and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with developers to improve application quality.
- Agile Environment:
- Work in an agile environment, understanding agile methodologies.
- Participate in vendor requirement sessions to gather and comprehend project requirements.
- Test Script Definition:
- Define and design test scripts based on project requirements for new initiatives and enhancements.
- Interpret requirements/user stories and write test cases using Azure DevOps.
- Technical Understanding:
- Fully grasp the technical capabilities and limitations of the enterprise applications.
- Write positive and negative test cases in Azure DevOps specific to Salesforce applications.
- Automation and Frameworks:
- Identify automation frameworks and recommend improvements.
- Familiarity with testing Salesforce Service Cloud, including web services (REST API, SOAP API, Bulk API) using tools like SoapUI or Postman.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure testing results meet performance and scalability requirements.
Required Skills:
- Salesforce QA/Testing: 6 years (Required)
- Salesforce Service Cloud: 4 years (Required)
- Azure DevOps Test Suite: 4 years (Required)
