Job Title: Systems Integration and Test Engineer

Location: Orlando, FL

About the Role:

We are seeking a Systems Integration and Test Engineer to support the development and testing of a missile subsystem redesign using existing test stations. This role involves executing subsystem and system-level integration and tests for new and existing products. You will play a key role in providing technical support across all phases of testing.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and execute subsystem and system-level integration and test plans and procedures.
  • Prepare test equipment and facilities required for test events.
  • Support Design Verification Tests (DVT) and Qualification tests, including Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and Functional Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) for program hardware.
  • Investigate and resolve hardware, software, and test equipment anomalies during system and subsystem testing.
  • Evaluate redesigns or upgrades to existing test equipment and provide engineering recommendations.
  • Prepare for and support Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) and deliver final reports and presentations.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM discipline.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in systems integration and testing.
  • 3+ years of experience with common lab equipment (Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies).
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • 3+ years of experience in electronic testing and user acceptance testing.
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical troubleshooting and basic mechanical/electrical concepts.
  • 3+ years of experience writing technical documents and end-user documentation.
  • 3+ years of experience evaluating technical reports.
  • 1+ years of experience applying engineering design principles.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to analyze complex designs and create test solutions that optimize quality, cost, and schedule.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with specialized lab equipment such as pressure/vacuum chambers and optical measurement tools.
  • Foundational knowledge of troubleshooting analog and digital electronics.
  • Experience writing test plans, test procedures, and test reports.
