Software Engineer, TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Security Clearance Required, Severna Park, MD

The Software Engineer will join an existing team providing development support to Security Sustainment applications. The applications supported are front-end technologies, i.e., JavaScript (AngularJS, Vue.js, Node.js). The role requires a self-motivated individual that is comfortable working in a team environment. This position will require working in a fast-paced team and a willingness to take on challenges to upgrade or modify sustainment systems. The position is required to utilize software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment and consistent with CMS DevOps objectives. This position is 100% Onsite and not Remote.

Software Engineer Qualifications:

- 3 years of experience in software development/engineering.

- Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related discipline.

- 4 years of additional software development experience may be substituted for a bachelor s degree.

- Experience working with front-end technologies.

- Experience with Node.js, AngularJS, Angular, VueJS, MongoDB, AWS or comparable JavaScript frameworks/libraries.

- Willingness to learn new technologies.

- Experience developing and updating technical documentation.

Software Engineer Desired Skills:

- Experience working with the AWS Platform.

- Experience working in an Agile Development Team.

- Experience working with Git for source code management.
