Role Overview:
The Adobe Platforms Solutions Architect will act as the linchpin in defining, crafting, and ensuring the implementation of architectural solutions within Macy’s Adobe ecosystem, particularly around Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Experience Manager, and Customer Journey Analytics.
Function: Multi-solution Architect – Adobe Suite
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and fine-tune architectural frameworks, establish best usage practices, and implement design guidelines for Adobe suite applications (RTCDP, AJO, AEM, and CJA).
- Offer strategic design recommendations spanning solution constructs, system integrations, data processing, identity management, and multi-channel engagement strategies.
- Execute architectural review sessions, uphold standards during design and configuration phases, and ensure compliance with Macy’s overarching enterprise architecture.
- Craft technical strategies to bolster key customer experience and marketing initiatives, leveraging Adobe platforms for personalization at scale.
- Evaluate current architectural strategies, suggest improvements, and propose a progressive trajectory to enhance functionality and returns on Adobe investments.
Key Proficiencies:
- Architectural strategy development, spanning enterprise, application, information, identities, and APIs.
- Profound knowledge and practical experience with Adobe Experience Cloud components – RTCDP, AJO, AEM, CJA, and related solutions.
- Architecting comprehensive data solutions, multi-channel engagement frameworks, and sophisticated identity systems.
- Analysis of intricate technology landscapes, identification of deficiencies, and formulation of pertinent recommendations.
- Transforming complex business needs into robust, scalable architectural plans and deployment milestones.
- Steering and participating in interactive sessions concerning design and strategy, engaging product managers, marketing, technical, and data teams.
- Effectively communicating intricate architectural principles to technical personnel and executive-level stakeholders.
- Providing thought leadership, establishing benchmarks, and advocating for exemplary architectural practices.
- Nurturing enduring relationships with clients and skillfully influencing high-level decision-makers through advisement, mentorship, and collaborative solution development.
