Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Informatica Developer with deep expertise in the healthcare domain to join our team on a W2 basis. This role involves working with one of our major clients, Medica, and focuses on building and maintaining robust data integration and processing pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, enhance, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.
Integrate data across systems using Kafka and ensure real-time data processing capabilities.
Write efficient PL/SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all ETL processes.
Participate in performance tuning and optimization of ETL jobs.
Document ETL workflows, processes, and technical specifications.
Required Skills:
12 15 years of experience as an Informatica Developer.
Strong domain knowledge and hands-on experience in healthcare data and systems.
Proven experience with Apache Kafka for streaming and messaging integration.
Expertise in PL/SQL development and performance tuning.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
