Description

We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our team in New Jersey. In this role, you will oversee the administration and optimization of systems and applications, ensuring they meet organizational needs and operate efficiently. Your expertise will be essential in supporting cloud migrations, managing system enhancements, and providing technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of system migrations, including transitioning to cloud-based platforms.

Provide ongoing production support and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth system operations.

Gather and document requirements for system enhancements and oversee their implementation.

Manage feature testing for new and existing systems to ensure functionality and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage enhancement projects and meet organizational goals.

Write and maintain system reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Administer and maintain critical business applications, ensuring optimal performance.

Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements.

Optimize and secure system infrastructure, including firewalls and backup technologies.

Provide guidance and training to team members on system best practices.

Requirements

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in business analyst or technical administrator roles, specifically with .
Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration.
Proficiency with Application versions 9 or 10 and Cloud.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and their implementation.
Experience with Cisco, Citrix, and Dell technologies.
Working knowledge of Active Directory, firewalls, and backup technologies.
Understanding of software tools such as Integrify, Domo, and Planful is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
