Description:
One of our clients in the Uptown area of Charlotte is looking for Sr. Product Analyst to add onto their team. The Sr. Product Analyst will possess a strong blend of technology and business acumen and will work closely with the Product Owner and technical developers. The Sr. Product Analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and objectives to meet business goals.

The Sr. Product Analyst will partner with technical application developers to translate business requirements into detail user stories. The Sr. Product Analyst will focus on gathering, refining, and delivering requirements and user stories for software development. The Sr. Product Analyst will also provide high-level insights into cloud native application development to guide project direction and decision-making. Rate: $57 - $65 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Provide high-level insights into cloud-native application development to guide project direction and decision-making.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and provide recommendations to improve product functionality and user experience.
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.


Experience Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in a technical business analyst or product analyst role.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud-native application development is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
