Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute change management plans to support organizational objectives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and assess change impacts to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Consult and coach project teams in leading change efforts effectively.
  • Design and deliver targeted talent and organizational development programs.
  • Measure and evaluate the success of change initiatives to support business goals.

Skills

  • Strong experience in change management and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in project management and familiarity with MS Office and Teams.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively in teams.

Preferred Skills

  • PROSCI Change Management Certification.
  • Experience in the financial services industry or large corporate environments.
  • Background in HR, I/O Psychology, or related fields.
