Job Details
A financial services company in Missouri is actively seeking a new Product & Process Analyst to join their growing team in a Remote position. In this role, the Product & Process Analyst will be responsible for gathering, defining, and documenting business requirements as well as documenting, modeling, and analyzing processes and process improvements.
Responsibilities
The Product & Process Analyst (Remote) will:
- Organize conversations with customers to analyze, structure and document requirements and impact assessments
- Closely collaborate with the Product Owners, Business SME's, Architects and squads to determine the functional scope of new solutions
- Define and document business requirements, modeling, analyzing and documenting processes, process improvements and defining business requirements
- Closely cooperate with the Product Owners in defining backlog topics
- Assist the completion of relevant initiative documentation as well as presentations to stakeholders
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant Banking experience within the Financial industry sector
- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated success in a Business and/or Process Analyst role
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Skilled in critical thinking and ability to solve complex problems
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Law, and/or Computer Science
- Experience in Agile and Lean
- Experience with Azure DevOps
