Job Summary:
The Remote IT Director will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that align with business goals, managing IT teams, ensuring cybersecurity, and overseeing the deployment and maintenance of technology systems. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company s IT strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
Lead and manage remote IT teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrade of IT infrastructure, hardware, and software.
Ensure the security of all digital assets by implementing robust cybersecurity measures.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT Director or similar senior IT leadership role.
Strong understanding of network architecture, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.
Experience managing remote teams and projects.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
