Description:
The Low/No Code Developer III is responsible for delivering applications with minimal traditional coding. Incumbent will work form builders, pre-built templates, drag-and-drop visual interface, and entity builder. The developer is also responsible for researching and analyzing internal business processes with the scope of optimizing and automating them. Collaborates with other developers and users to develop applications and design prototypes to improve the efficiency of existing solutions and platforms. Consults with customers and team members to address system issues and resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with lines of business to understand their business processes and needs.
- Design, build, and implement solutions using Low/No-code Platforms in line with defined user stories.
- Ensure solution design meets architectural and company best practices.
- Test implemented applications to ensure they meet business needs and perform optimally.
- Create prototypes (e.g., MVPs, POC, etc.) based on customer feedback to test, learn, and validate ideas before committing to larger scale development.
- Plan and implement systems automation as required for better efficiency.
- Proactively understand, analyze, research, and solve application issues or bugs.
- Communicate and document troubleshooting techniques and best practices.
- Develop system monitoring and support automation to enhance scale and quality of support.
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal teams to drive initiatives.
- Adhere to strict deadlines while handling multiple tasks simultaneously and coordinate internal resources with external vendors.
- Mentor and guide less experienced Low/No Code Developers.
- Perform other job-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Competencies Required:
- Working knowledge of MS D365, MS Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBL, etc.).
- Practical knowledge of Azure, Azure DevOps, security, integration solutions, and approaches.
- Ability to turn data into information presented in an efficient and effective format that clearly and concisely communicates risk exposure to the end-user by incorporating trend analysis, peer comparisons, and appropriate extent of narrative.
- Experience utilizing PowerShell to support and troubleshoot solutions.
- Excellent active listening skills; good collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Solid technology skills, including intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and SharePoint capabilities.
- Problem solving mindset with developed analytical ability and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines, seeking guidance as necessary to prioritize appropriately.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Effective communication skills, including technical writing abilities and confidence in effectively communicating challenges, obstacles, and solutions with other ERM and Technology personnel.
- Self-motivated with a team orientation; deadline driven.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in IT as a Business Analysis, Application Support Analyst, or Application Developer required.
- 5 + years Low/No Code development experience with MS Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBL, etc.) and/or MS D365 required.
- 2+ years experience with PowerShell, PowerShell Workflow and troubleshooting PowerShell ISE required.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry
Formal Education & Certification:
- Bachelor s degree or industry recognized certifications preferred.

- Conditions involve lifting no more than ten pounds, sitting most of the time, but may involve walking, moving, or standing for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying articles like files, ledgers, folders, etc.
