Key Responsibilities:
Deliver structured training sessions on Oracle Lease Management modules to business users and functional consultants.
Design and customize training materials, user guides, and SOP documents.
Train users on lease setup, classification, accounting, remeasurement, termination, and reporting.
Provide hands-on demonstrations and tailored business scenarios based on the client s lease portfolio.
Assist with change management and promote user adoption.
Conduct workshops, Q&A sessions, and follow-up re trainings as needed.
Collaborate with functional/technical teams to address system-related queries raised during training.
Support go-live activities and provide floor support post-deployment.

Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Financials.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Lease Management / Property Manager modules.
Familiarity with IFRS 16 / ASC 842 lease accounting standards.
Proven experience in conducting classroom and on-the-job training.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to train both technical and non-technical users.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle Cloud Lease Accounting.
Training certifications or background in adult learning practices.
Experience with ERP rollouts or change management initiatives.
