About the Role

We re seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to design and deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions that align with our business goals. This individual will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical implementation translating complex requirements into robust architectures that drive growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, customer behavior, and market trends.

• Architect end-to-end solutions that optimize pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies while ensuring technical feasibility and scalability.

• Define reference architectures, integration patterns, and standards for product bundles, offers, and digital channels.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, marketing, finance, and operations to translate strategic objectives into technical solutions.

• Ensure that architectures align with regulatory, security, and operational requirements.

• Market & Data Analysis

• Analyze customer usage, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to guide solution design.

• Support data-driven decisions for pricing models, service tiers, and promotional campaigns.

• Performance Optimization

• Monitor solution performance, including adoption, churn, ARPU, and margin impact.

• Recommend iterations to improve scalability, profitability, and customer experience.

• Implementation Support

• Guide development teams through solution implementation, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices.

• Provide technical leadership during pilot launches, A/B testing, and rollouts across channels (e.g., online, retail, reseller).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Product Architect, or similar technical strategy role.

• Strong understanding of subscription-based business models (telecom, cable, SaaS, or media preferred).

• Expertise in designing solutions for pricing, packaging, promotions, or customer experience platforms.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to align technical designs with business strategy.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; adept at working across departments.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and microservices.

• Experience with CRM, billing, or sales enablement systems.
