RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO.

Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the development and integration of a new billing and account management platform for a high-impact external developer initiative. This individual will serve as the primary driver of delivery, coordination, and execution-steering a complex, fast-moving integration effort with multiple internal teams and external vendors. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strategic mindset, technical program oversight, and the ability to thrive amid ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities:
* Own and lead the planning and execution of a billing solution integration from end to end
* Drive coordination between internal development teams and external billing vendors
* Champion alignment and delivery across multiple cross-functional stakeholders
* Manage timelines, deliverables, change control, and risk mitigation strategies
* Facilitate and lead status and alignment meetings across the business and technical teams
* Recommend the appropriate delivery framework (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall) based on project needs
* Ensure milestones are met and integration efforts stay on track through proactive planning and oversight
* Bring structure and clarity to a dynamic and evolving work environment
* Serve as a hands-on orchestrator-not just assigning work, but leading execution

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of experience in program or project management, with a strong foundation in SDLC
* Proven experience delivering large-scale technical initiatives with multiple stakeholders
* Strong understanding of core project management principles-planning, scheduling, risk management, etc.
* Demonstrated success coordinating with and managing external vendors and third-party partners
* Ability to lead through ambiguity and bring structure to undefined or chaotic situations
* Excellent communication, influence, and cross-functional leadership skills

Preferred Skills:
* Experience working with or integrating billing systems (e.g., Zuora, ICOMS, CSG)
* Background in telecommunications or working with telecom-related platforms
* Experience with developer-facing platforms and API ecosystems
* Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and the ability to recommend the right fit per initiative

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
