Job Title: O9 config implementation specialist

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

Skills: must have Operational demand planning (ODP)

Responsibilities:

Lead or support configuration efforts during the implementation of o9 Solutions platform modules (e.g., Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, S&OP).

Dashboards & KPIs for visibility and exception management

Business Rules, Alerts, and action frameworks

Build and maintain data models, configure user interfaces, and ensure optimal performance and usability of the o9 platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, solution architects, data integration teams, and client stakeholders.

Assist with UAT, system testing, debugging, and performance tuning of configurations.

Maintain comprehensive documentation on configurations, workflows, and user setups.

Provide training and post-go-live support to internal users and client teams.

Stay updated with latest o9 product releases and proactively recommend platform improvements.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience with o9 Solutions, including configuration of modules and workflows.

Strong experience in AI Modeler, data cubes, time hierarchies, and calculated measures.

Experience working with S&OP, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain business processes.

Solid understanding of SQL and scripting logic within o9 configurations.

Familiarity with master and transactional data mapping, model validations, and data loads.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a full-cycle o9 implementation (from requirements to go-live).

Background in retail, CPG, or manufacturing industries.

Experience integrating o9 with external systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, custom APIs).

Working knowledge of visualization/reporting tools like SAC, Power BI, Tableau.

o9 certification(s) preferred.
