Business System Analyst
Skills: Contact center, Genesys or telephony platforms

The Expertise You Have

  • Bachelor s degree required; technology-related field preferred
  • 5+ years of project delivery experience in a systems or business analyst role
  • 3+ years working on agile teams delivering value in digital products (Agile/Scrum experience preferred)
  • Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes
  • Proven track record of delivering in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience with project management in a technology/software development organization
  • Experience crafting web-based transactional applications in Agile/Scrum methodology, including requirements, user stories, and project tracking using JIRA
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and contact center/telephony space is a plus
  • Experience with APIs is a plus
  • Experience with contact center integration projects
  • Familiarity with Genesys or similar telephony platforms
