Job Details

New Resources is seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Analyst to implement, maintain, and optimize our Workday Human Capital Management system with a focus on Absence, Time & Attendance, and Payroll. In this role, you ll partner with People Resources and leadership to align system capabilities with business needs, drive adoption, and deliver meaningful insights through reporting and dashboards.

Key responsibilities include configuring and testing new Workday functionality, managing biannual updates, improving business processes, and supporting integrations, security, and reporting. You ll also provide training and guidance to users, lead multiple Workday projects, and serve as a strategic advisor on system enhancements and best practices. This role is located in NE WI and onsite in a hybrid manner. Must live in area or willing to relocate. Client will help with relocation.
