Job Details
Support execution of a holistic learning agenda in collaboration with research and data science teams for hardware initiatives.
Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research to inform decision-making, strategic planning, marketing/brand strategies, campaign development, product development, and retail/channel strategy.
Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations and produce effective communication that motivates adoption of learnings across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative research, including survey/discussion guide design and data analysis (weighting, data cleaning, regression, etc.).
Ability to independently execute full-cycle research and leverage insights to drive business outcomes.
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, moving from blank slate to methodology and execution.
Experience leading insights-driven campaigns/product launches from definition to execution, with preference for physical product experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering concise, executive-level synthesis to influence decisions.
Ability to think holistically and creatively in addition to technically and analytically.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proven collaboration across diverse partners and stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills
