Job Details
We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Business Operations Analyst to lead complex operational analyses and support strategic decision-making across the business unit. This role will drive medium to large-scale projects, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and present insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct complex operational and data-driven analyses to support business strategies and decision-making.
- Lead medium to large project teams and coordinate activities across multiple business units.
- Review, validate, and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Perform statistical and analytical evaluations to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across Information Technology to develop project plans, strategic presentations, and implementation roadmaps.
- Prepare compelling executive-level presentations leveraging expert PowerPoint skills and strong narrative/storytelling techniques.
- Support data analytics, project tracking, and reporting to ensure successful project execution.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5 8 years of experience in business analysis, operations analysis, or related fields.
- Bachelor s degree preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, with expert-level PowerPoint skills (visual storytelling, executive-ready presentations).
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with experience interpreting complex data sets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in or with Information Technology teams is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and lead cross-functional project teams.
