My client is seeking a DevOps Manager to lead and scale their infrastructure, automation, and deployment practices. In this role, you'll oversee a team of engineers while driving the development and reliability of our platforms and systems. You will play a key role in shaping technical foundations, enhancing system integrity and security, and supporting product delivery across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to support both existing and upcoming product initiatives.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of cloud-native microservices across multiple environments.
- Champion infrastructure-as-code and implement automation strategies to increase reliability and velocity.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure streamlined, secure, and efficient release cycles.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional R&D teams to integrate DevOps practices into the development lifecycle.
- Monitor and continuously improve system performance, availability, and security posture.
- Establish and refine incident management protocols; lead root cause analysis and long-term resolution efforts.
- Participate in and lead capacity planning, disaster recovery drills, and infrastructure scaling efforts.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging tools; foster a culture of innovation and learning within the team.
- Communicate technical risk and infrastructure decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Uphold best practices in system monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational visibility.
- Ensure proper controls are in place for compliance, data protection, and information security.
- Take ownership of the DevOps roadmap and help drive strategic initiatives across the organization.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Proven 6+ years of hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
- Deep expertise in CI/CD tools, infrastructure-as-code, and automated deployment practices.
- Broad knowledge of networking, security controls, system architecture, and cloud-native operations.
- Proficient in scripting or development languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Go, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience implementing and managing SLIs, SLOs, and observability tooling.
- Strong understanding of security monitoring, prevention, incident response, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for performance optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
