Oracle Manufacturing Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Manufacturing Lead to join our team in a remote capacity with occasional travel to Edison, NJ. As an Oracle Manufacturing Lead, you will play a critical role in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing Oracle Manufacturing Cloud solutions to support our client s business objectives.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful configuration, integration, and deployment of Oracle Manufacturing applications, specifically focused on production, inventory management, supply chain, and order processing modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Manufacturing Cloud solutions (specifically Oracle Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Inventory modules).
Manage end-to-end business processes related to manufacturing operations, including work orders, inventory, production scheduling, and order management.
Provide expertise in manufacturing best practices, advising on process improvements, system optimizations, and automation opportunities.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, ensuring that Oracle solutions meet business needs.
Work closely with project teams to ensure timely delivery of Oracle solutions within budget and scope.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to business users.
Troubleshoot and resolve any Oracle Manufacturing-related issues, ensuring system functionality aligns with business objectives.
Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and training materials.
Support testing and validation efforts during upgrades, patches, or new module deployments.
Occasionally travel to Edison, NJ for in-person meetings, project updates, and team collaboration.
Requirements:
Strong experience with Oracle Manufacturing Cloud (including modules like Oracle Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, and Inventory Management).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation, with a focus on manufacturing operations.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end Oracle Manufacturing implementations, from requirements gathering through post-implementation support.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices in areas such as production scheduling, materials management, inventory control, and order processing.
Experience in Oracle Cloud implementations and familiarity with Oracle Cloud methodologies (e.g., AIM, OUM, Sure Step).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex Oracle Manufacturing issues.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
Willingness to travel to Edison, NJ as required (travel expenses will be covered).
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Manufacturing Certification (Oracle Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite).
Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations (e.g., with third-party applications, on-premise systems).
Knowledge of other Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Oracle Procurement, Oracle Finance) is a plus.
Experience with Agile project methodologies.
