Note:

We are looking for consultants, not contractors drivers, not doers. Candidates with experience in SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or an HVAC/manufacturing background will be given preference.

Overview:

We are seeking results-driven Product Owners to lead high-impact IT solution initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives. This role requires proactive self-starters who can work independently in ambiguous environments with minimal oversight, taking ownership of communication, backlog management, and cross-functional delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the product backlog in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams

  • Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives)

  • Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories and epics

  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and PMs to deliver enterprise-level IT solutions

  • Monitor delivery performance and align roadmap goals with business KPIs

  • Communicate regularly with senior leadership, ensuring stakeholder alignment

  • Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the development lifecycle

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Product Owner or Business Analyst experience in enterprise IT environments

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery; PO certification preferred (CSPO, PSPO)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with executive presence

  • Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Miro, and roadmap planning tools

  • Prior experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or HVAC-related systems is highly required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
