Description
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team on a contract basis in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to assess and optimize Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM environments, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires a strong functional background and the ability to deliver strategic recommendations for system improvements.
Responsibilities:
Conduct a thorough assessment of Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM environments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Analyze existing system configurations, integrations, and workflows to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
Provide strategic recommendations and actionable plans for enhancing platform functionality and efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand core business processes and translate requirements into system solutions.
Develop and present detailed reports outlining findings and proposed optimizations.
Oversee and guide potential projects related to platform enhancements and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system configuration and management.
Act as a subject matter expert, offering consultancy and support on Dynamics 365 functionalities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement recommended changes effectively.
Provide training or documentation to ensure seamless adoption of new processes or system updates.
Requirements
Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM.
Strong understanding of system configurations, integrations, and workflows.
Demonstrated ability to assess and optimize ERP and CRM platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address system inefficiencies.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for Dynamics 365.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a contract role.
Prior experience in consulting or project management related to system enhancements is preferred.
