Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Connectivity Support Specialist with expertise in bandwidth aggregation providers, network service providers, and Cisco Meraki technologies. This role is responsible for managing provider communications, opening and driving support tickets, and troubleshooting connectivity issues across a distributed network environment. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with hands-on experience across the Meraki product lines, as well as Cisco IP telephony.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for bandwidth aggregation providers and ISP/network carriers.
  • Open, manage, and escalate support tickets with providers to ensure rapid issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including latency, packet loss, link instability, and site outages.
  • Support and troubleshoot Cisco VoIP/telephony hardware and call-quality issues.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure network reliability and performance across all locations.
  • Document processes, incident resolutions, and best practices for ongoing operational improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience working directly with bandwidth aggregation providers (e.g., SD-WAN aggregators, circuit aggregators, managed WAN providers).
  • Knowledge of carrier troubleshooting processes, circuit types, and ticket escalation paths.
  • Experience with Cisco IP phones and telephony troubleshooting.
  • Ability to analyze network traffic, review event logs, and interpret diagnostic metrics in the Meraki Dashboard.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for provider interactions and internal updates.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
