• Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 10hr/day 7am - 5:30pm, 30 min lunch

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Repair Worker to support general maintenance and yard work at a facility in Brooksville, FL. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and outdoor maintenance, be comfortable using power tools and equipment, and be physically capable of performing manual labor in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general landscaping and yard maintenance tasks
• Pressure wash outdoor areas and windows
• Assist with light building repairs (plumbing, painting, light carpentry)
• Clean and maintain equipment
• Support the maintenance supervisor with daily tasks
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs; work in outdoor environments regularly
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a Level 1 background check (7-year criminal check, SSN validation, sex offender registry)
• Must be able to speak and understand English
• At least 2 years of experience in:
• Yard maintenance (including use of lawn mowers, weed trimmers, pressure washers)
• General building maintenance (light plumbing, painting)
• Able to use hand and power tools safely
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Steel-toed boots required (other safety gear provided)

Preferred (Not Required):

• Handy man or contractor license
• Experience with minor facility repairs or working in a similar environment
