Job Description
Oracle's Health lifecycle Management team is building and operating life cycle management services that operate at high scale in a broadly distributed on premise and multi-tenant cloud environment. Our internal customers run their businesses on premise and OCI cloud, and our mission is to provide them with lifecycle management to perform certificate management, configuration management and granular access to customer secrets stored on cloud secret vaults. We're looking for hands-on engineers with expertise and passion in solving difficult problems in distributed systems and highly available services. Minimum Qualifications
BS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience shipping services software
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals. Working familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP) and standard network architectures.
Proficient in Java, Python, or similar object-oriented languages for building robust backend systems.
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including expertise in data structures, algorithms, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with cloud-native development on major cloud platforms (OCI, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS) is essential.
Familiarity with cloud engineering infrastructure and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
MS in Computer Science
Experience delivering and operating large scale, highly available distributed systems.
Strong grasp of Unix-like operating systems
Experience building multi-tenant, virtualized infrastructure a strong plus.

Responsibilities
As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
