Title : RIMS platforms Business Analyst
Location : San Jose, CA
Duration : 12Months
Detailed Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory and IT stakeholders.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for RIMS enhancements and integrations.
- Oversee system validation, UAT coordination, and compliance documentation.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure offshore teams meet SLAs and KPIs.
- Ensure alignment with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, IDMP, and other regulatory frameworks. Project planning, monitoring and status reporting.
- Provide training and support to end users and ensure change management processes are followed.
- Participate in audits and inspections, providing system documentation and traceability.
- Strong understanding of RIMS platforms (e.g., Veeva Vault RIM, IQVIA RIM).
- Or individual systems such as IQVIA Tarius (regulatory intelligence), Sparta Track wise (Product Registration)
- Experience in regulatory affairs or compliance-heavy environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
