Location: PA-Philadelphia, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices.

Responsibilities:

Gather requirements, make recommendations, and partner with stakeholders to support digital signage and video wall deployments

Provide Tier 1 support for digital signage systems, including basic troubleshooting of software, network, security, and Windows OS issues

Perform setup and installation (logical and physical) of replacement signage hardware and software

Track, document, and monitor technical issues and resolutions using enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA)

Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve infrastructure-related issues impacting signage performance

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and professional support

Work cross-functionally with Communications, Facilities, Operations, Service Desk, and Network teams to design and implement cost-effective digital communication platforms

Follow change management methodologies to minimize production environment disruptions

Assist in evaluating and standardizing digital signage hardware and software across the enterprise

Maintain accurate documentation including environment topology diagrams, content sources, and internal knowledge bases

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in technical support, systems management, or engineering

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

Strong troubleshooting skills with both hardware and software

Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, VNC, Dameware, RDP)

Familiarity with digital signage platforms (experience with Four Winds Interactive is a plus)

Ability to lift and transport moderately heavy equipment (e.g., displays, computers)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems

Ability to manipulate and troubleshoot data feeds (e.g., RSS, JSON/XML, C#)

Bonus: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Experience Manager)

Understanding of design principles including motion, layout, color, and typography

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
