Sourcing Analyst

Our client is a Major Financial Services Firm looking for a Sourcing Analyst to join their Contingent Worker Office (CWO). The Sourcing Analyst will support the Contingent Worker program and help ensure strategic value through effective management of the Vendor Management System (Beeline).

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders aimed at identifying, understanding, and fulfilling their contingent staffing needs:

Customer Support

• Handle all hiring manager and supplier requisition requests
• Manage daily requisition processes (e.g., review, approvals and coding)
• Act as single point of contact for suppliers and Fitch end users
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

System Support

• Maintain VMS master and transactional data not supported via feeds
• Ensure timely corrections of any data discrepancies
• Support onboarding and offboarding tasks for contingent workers
• Assist in data quality control and integrity checks
• Support the Director, CWO as needed

Reconciliation Support

• Liaise with Accounts Payable, Global Reporting and FP&A teams
• Ensure timely payments to suppliers
• Reconcile payments from Beeline to SAP/Oracle to ensure proper accounting
• Assist in supplier account reconciliations as needed.

What You Need to Have:

- 2-3 years of Procurement and/or Accounting related experience

- Experience working with staffing vendors, freelancers, and contract workers.

- Knowledge of procurement systems, and vendor management platforms.

- Excellent communication and project management skills and experience in working closely with internal client business units and senior stakeholders.

- Self-directed, able to work independently, as well as work in a team-orientated and fast paced environment

What Would Make You Stand Out:

- Experience with VMS tools such as Agile One, Beeline, Magnit, or SAP Fieldglass
