Job Title: Appian Developer
Location: Kennesaw, GA | Richmond, VA | Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract (12 18 months)
Pay Range: $60 $65/hr
Start Date: July 1
Interview Process: One 45-minute WebEx (One-and-Done)


Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appian Developer to join an Agile technology team in delivering internal web applications for a leading financial services organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Appian development (version 19.x and above), deep understanding of BPM platforms, and experience designing and implementing software solutions in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and enhance web applications using Appian BPM and related technologies.

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable Appian applications.

  • Collaborate within an Agile team to deliver iterative features.

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing application support.

  • Conduct quality assurance and code reviews to ensure high performance and reliability.


Must-Have Skills:



  • 6+ years of hands-on Appian Development experience (version 19.x or above preferred).

  • Proficient in SAIL, Process Models, Expressions, Web APIs,

  • Integrations, and Group/Role configurations.

  • Solid understanding of BPM-based platforms.

  • Experience with Authentication and Authorization mechanisms.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Appian BPM Certification (Level 2 preferred).

  • Prior experience in the financial services domain.
