We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our HR & Employee Experience Product Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions within Workday and other HR systems to support our global workforce. You ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience, streamline HR operations, and deliver scalable technology solutions. Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Recruiting) and other HR technologies.
Partner with HR stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support solution design.
Lead or support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across the HR tech landscape.
Analyze existing HR processes and recommend improvements through automation and system optimization.
Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business partners to ensure successful integration and data flow between systems.
Develop and execute test plans, validate system functionality, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training for HR systems users.
Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Maintain system documentation, process flows, and knowledge base articles.
Manage multiple priorities effectively and adapt to shifting business needs with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Qualifications:
6-10+ years of experience in HR systems analysis, with a strong focus on Workday.
Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and business process design.
Solid understanding of HR functions and processes, including employee lifecycle, compensation, performance, and recruiting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to work with complex data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to business users.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science or a related field. MBA or Masters preferred.
Workday certification(s) and experience with additional HR tools are a plus.
Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements in HR systems.
