Preferred certification:
CSPO/CBAP

Required skills:
10+ years of Agile product owner/business analysis experience
Proven skill in requirements gathering, definition, business planning, data analysis, process analysis, business and functional requirements analysis, system design, testing, implementation, and change management
Experience working on Agile projects
Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated experience solving business and technical issues
Ability to mentor colleagues and adapt to evolving business processes
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
Experience with SQL and database querying tools (e.g., TOAD)
Knowledge of MOSCOW prioritization techniques
