Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Finance Techno-Functional Consultant to join our client s digital enterprise applications team in Durham, NC. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology   ensuring successful design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze financial processes and translate requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions.
 - Design and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud applications within the Finance (FSCM) modules using both PaaS and SaaS ecosystems.
 - Create comprehensive Functional Design Documents (FDD), Technical Design Documents (TDD), and Test Cases aligned with business needs.
 - Lead or support key project phases including system implementation, data migration, unit & integration testing, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
 - Develop, enhance, and maintain custom reports, extensions, and integrations (RICE components) using Oracle development tools.
 - Conduct release impact analysis, support quarterly Oracle updates, and resolve post-production issues efficiently.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system scalability, compliance, and optimal performance.
 
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
 - Strong functional understanding of finance processes and business workflows.
 - Good technical exposure to BIP, OTBI, FBDI, ADF, OIC, and SQL/PLSQL.
 - Experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations including configuration, testing, and production support.
 - Proficiency in Oracle PaaS/SaaS environment and familiarity with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
 - Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
 
- Oracle Certified Cloud Implementation Specialist (Finance).
 - Prior experience with Digital Transformation or EAS (Enterprise Application Services) projects.
 - Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
