Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules using MS Project, ADO (Azure DevOps), and Excel.
- Create, organize, and maintain project documentation and records; centralize information on SharePoint.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings with stakeholders, including scheduling, preparing agendas, documenting decisions, and tracking actions.
- Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and visual updates for VPs and senior governance teams.
- Track progress, identify risks, and communicate updates, priorities, and changes to all stakeholders.
- Monitor budget, resources, milestones, and dependencies to support efficient project delivery.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication between diverse teams; support operational migrations and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with governance standards and readiness for audits.
- Champion clear, professional communication at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, Excel, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong documentation, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing medium-to-large cross-functional projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to executive leadership.
- Proven skills in stakeholder management and multi-team coordination.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
