Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the placement of IT professionals in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of IT roles and technologies and be motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with account managers and business development teams to understand client requirements and project needs.

  • Source and attract candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, internal database, referrals, etc.).

  • Conduct initial screenings, technical interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.

  • Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience and long-term engagement.

  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and assist in offer negotiations and onboarding processes.

  • Keep accurate records of candidate activity and job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Stay updated on IT market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive compensation benchmarks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting within an IT staffing agency or internal corporate environment.

  • Strong knowledge of IT concepts, programming languages, platforms, and emerging technologies.

  • Experience with ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, iCIMS, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work under tight deadlines.

  • A passion for connecting people with opportunities and a strong sense of urgency.
