Job Description:
Overview:
The Team Lead of Data Analytics will be responsible for liaising between organizational stakeholders for a data analytics project. This role involves facilitating communication and fostering collaboration among different departments to ensure the successful execution of data analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between various organizational stakeholders involved in the data analytics project. Facilitate communication and ensure all parties are aligned on project goals and objectives.
  • KPI Development: Work with stakeholders to define and agree on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that will be used to measure the success of the project. Ensure these KPIs are realistic, measurable, and hold each party accountable.
  • Conflict Resolution: Utilize strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to help stakeholders come to agreements and compromises on KPIs and other project-related matters.
  • Project Management: Oversee the project timeline, deliverables, and resources. Ensure the project stays on track and meets its objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage data analytics tools and methodologies to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Assist in the interpretation of data analysis results.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Organizational Development Specialist, preferably within a data-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management and KPI development.
