We are seeking a highly skilled Voice Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain advanced voice and video communication systems. This role is critical to ensuring seamless connectivity, optimal performance, and security across enterprise networks.

The pay range for this position is $49.00 - $49.00/hr.

We are seeking a highly skilled Voice Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain advanced voice and video communication systems. This role is critical to ensuring seamless connectivity, optimal performance, and security across enterprise networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Requirements & Deliver Solutions: Assess complex customer needs and develop innovative technical solutions for challenging network problems.
- System Maintenance & Upgrades: Perform proactive maintenance and upgrades on voice and video systems, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and remote access platforms.
- Network Integrity & Compliance: Ensure network reliability, security, and compliance with organizational policies while maintaining robust backup and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Hardware & Software Acquisition: Coordinate procurement of hardware, software, and subcontractor services to support network operations.
- Network Design & Configuration: Create detailed plans and configure systems for secure, high-performance data communication networks.
- Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging communication technologies to enhance network capabilities and efficiency.
- Continuous Learning: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and industry best practices.
- System Architecture: Design and build hardware and software components for enterprise voice and telecommunications networks.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers and team members.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in voice and network engineering roles.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in voice/video systems, network infrastructure, and security protocols.
