Job Responsibilities
Catalog & Pricing Implementation
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of AmeriVet s unified catalog and pricing structure from both veterinary and business perspective.
- Partner with clinics to assess their current catalog setup and guide them through the full migration to our unified catalog and pricing approach including discovery, mapping, training, and post-launch hypercare support.
- Lead the catalog mapping process for services, products, and other relevant elements to align with the AmeriVet standard.
- Act as a subject matter expert on catalog implementation, providing hands-on guidance and troubleshooting support as needed.
- Help clinic teams understand the benefits of the new catalog and pricing structure to drive adoption and buy-in, while offering practical, empathetic support that reflects the unique needs and realities of each clinic.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Veterinary Leadership Team, implementation partners, and support office teams to align on rollout timelines, priorities, and clinic readiness.
- Collaborate with the Veterinary Leadership Team and other stakeholders to co-develop role-specific training and onboarding materials for CSRs, technicians, and veterinarians helping support adoption and streamline clinic workflows.
- Coordinate efforts across departments to ensure a consistent and scalable implementation process across the network.
- Share progress updates, field insights, and potential risks with project leads and key stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
Continuous Improvement
- Share lessons learned and field observations to improve playbooks, training tools, and other supporting resources.
- Support the ongoing evolution of the AmeriVet catalog and pricing approach by incorporating best practices and evaluating field-driven refinements in partnership with the Veterinary Leadership Team.
- Contribute to various initiatives, including but not limited to catalog governance, pricing updates, and other related projects.
Background, Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a veterinary environment, with a strong understanding of services, products, and billing workflows.
- Proficiency in one or more practice management systems (e.g., AVImark, Cornerstone, Pulse, Impromed).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clinic teams.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft 365; comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and mapping files.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple clinics at various stages of rollout.
- Adaptable, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Genuine passion for veterinary medicine and improving the clinic experience for teams and clients alike.
- This is a remote position; however, travel may be required ~20 30% of the time, including visits to clinics and attendance at workshops held at our support office in San Antonio.
