Job Title:
Change Management (Organizational Change Management - OCM) Manager

Location:
Tallahassee, FL or willing to relocate to Tallahassee (moving reimbursement credit may be available).

Position Overview:
Our client is looking for a Change Management Manager to lead initiatives that help people and processes adapt to organizational transformations, including new technologies, structures, and business processes. You will design strategies to increase adoption, reduce resistance, and ensure successful transitions by focusing on planning, communication, training, and support.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Change Strategy and Planning

  • Develop detailed change management strategies and timelines.

  • Conduct organizational readiness assessments and risk analyses.

  • Create plans that align change initiatives with broader business goals.

2. Communication and Engagement

  • Deliver clear and consistent communication throughout change efforts.

  • Develop and lead training programs to prepare employees.

  • Host workshops and provide forums for employee feedback.

3. Change Support and Monitoring

  • Identify and address sources of resistance.

  • Measure change progress against KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Provide coaching and support across all employee levels.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Embed change management into project frameworks.

  • Work with HR, leadership, and project teams to align efforts.

  • Oversee change management activities from start to finish.

Other Duties:

  • Conduct change assessments and develop mitigation tactics.

  • Manage stakeholders and user readiness.

  • Track and report change metrics.

  • Support enterprise-level change initiatives and portfolio management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) preferred.

  • Proven success driving change in complex environments.

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
