ServiceNow Integration Developer
Role Description:
- 8-10 years of solid experience with the administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, and upgrade of the ServiceNow platform
- 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow development with a focus on integrations
- Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables, and relationships
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow integration solutions, including: ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, and SOAP
- Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, and PowerShell
- Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub for rapid integration development and automation
- Knowledge of ServiceNow orchestration for automating IT processes
- Solid understanding of data mapping, transformation, and synchronization techniques
- Experience implementing REST API integration with third-party tools and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
- Good functional and technical understanding and implementation experience with ServiceNow ITOM discovery and CMDB
- Good knowledge and experience with the ServiceNow CSDM framework
- Ability to create custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics
- Experience with backend SQL Server development is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and collaboration skills
- Design, configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery of both On-Premises and Cloud resources (AWS & Azure)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define and implement integration solutions to meet the business needs
- Provide technical stewardship and play a key role in the transformation of IT Service Delivery while supporting the current state.
