Job Title: SAP C4E Hybris Project Manager
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite/Hybrid)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP C4E (Customer Experience) Hybris Project Manager to lead and manage enterprise-level SAP Commerce (Hybris) implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP CX/Hybris, with proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex eCommerce transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP C4E (Hybris) project implementations including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources effectively.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to executive stakeholders.
Ensure high-quality delivery of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) solutions, including integration with backend SAP systems (S/4HANA, ERP, CRM).
Oversee technical design reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and implement best practices for SAP CX delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
15+ years of total IT experience with at least 5+ years in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and SAP C4E.
Proven experience managing large-scale SAP CX implementations and upgrades.
Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, B2B/B2C models, and digital transformation.
Experience with integration of SAP Hybris with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and third-party systems.
PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX (hybrid options may be considered).
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform, SAP CDC (Customer Data Cloud), and SAP Marketing Cloud.
Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Previous experience working with global delivery teams.
